Our aim is to get a well socialized healthy puppy into your home. Our process is simple. I like to chat with you on the phone so you can hear my passion and I can hear yours. We go over any questions you have and I have a couple myself. Then if we both feel it's a good move forward we will accept a $200 non refundable deposit to hold your spot on the waitlist. We only want what's best for these puppies so we have included two sessions of training with myself as I am a certified dog trainer and member of the International Association of Canine Professionals. One hour training the day of pick up to help you get the first couple months underway and the a 3-4 hour training two months after your puppy has been home. We want the best start possible for the whole family. Let us know what your looking for and we will help match the right personality to your needs. We specialize in having our whole family taking part in raising your new puppy. Each puppy will go through a temperament test at the age of seven weeks. This helps us to know which puppy best fits each family. We match more for personality over color or gender.

You will be informed when the puppies are born. When the puppies are 7 weeks of age you will be able to come and pick your puppy or I can match for you according to your requirements. If I am matching for a special needs family from the litter puppies wont be picked until I have matched for the family. If you aren't able to get here I can skype or facetime you as well to help you pick and so you can see the puppies. At that time, you can choose to pick that puppy or wait for the next suitable available one from any of our future litters. Heavenly Pups reserves the right to choose the first pup in any litter for the use of their breeding program.

How our wait list works - When we have had a phone conversation and we both feel its a good move forward we then accept a $200 non refundable deposit. Your deposit is good for one year. Your name stays on the list by the date you paid your deposit. I will reach out to you when there are puppies born and I know you would be able to pick from that litter. If you haven't heard from me it means there isn't a puppy that fits your requirements. If you choose to pass on a litter your name stays in the same order by the date you paid your deposit. If you have agreed to pick from a specific litter and then change your mind your name goes to the end of the list. If you have something come up and aren't able to stay on the wait list then your deposit will be archived until I hear back from you and when your ready your name can go back on the list but you will be put at the end of the currant wait list.

It is very time consuming to have to answer many times a day the question of "When will I get to choose a dog?" or "What number am I on the list?" Those questions are difficult to answer as the list can change according to your requirements. Some want larger some want smaller some want specific colors or genders. It is more important for us to match a puppy to you to have the best temperament for your family. So in saying this please try to refrain from asking where your at on the list. I will always try and keep things currant and let you know where you are at.

I get more emails, texts, facebook messages and calls a month then I have puppies available probably for the whole year. We choose the number of dogs we have because that's the amount we can really put time and effort into and raise the puppies the best way possible. If you have researched us out and are ok waiting for the right puppy for you then we can move forward. If you are wanting a puppy sooner then later then we probably aren't the breeders for you.

Final Payment can be made by cash or e transfer. We ask that the e transfer be made 12 hours before pick up.

If you can not pick up your puppy by 8 weeks of age, there will be a flat boarding fee of $25/day. This cost includes minimal leash and/or crate work. If you would like more extensive training while your pup is here, I do accept limited spots based on my workload and ability to do so at the requested time. More advanced leash work and basic house manners would start at $50/day. House training that includes sleeping in a crate by my bed at night, or making trips to town into welcoming businesses, would be $200/day. For days that I am not able to put in the extra training, the daily rate will be back down to $20/day for board. Training prices include boarding. I will provide photos and videos of your pup's progress during their extra stay here.
Guardian Homes
We also have some opportunitites for guardian homes. This is where one of our dogs would come and live with you and you would raise the dog as your own. Once the dog is ready to have a litter they come back to us for those 8-9 weeks. Once the dog is done having their litters full ownership is signed over to you and you are required to have the dog spayed or neutered.
Everyone who purchases one of our puppies must fill out a copy of this contract before the puppy is released to them...no later than the day you pick up your pup. I provide the contract to you to fill out on the day of pick up. Failure to do this will result in the buyer losing their deposit on the puppy and it being posted for sale again to an alternate buyer.

The buyer understand that Pam Hawboldt is not responsible for any vet bills once I leave their property or Airport with my puppy. I also understand Coccidia &/or Giardia, kennel cough, pneumonia, hypoglycemia and other stress related illnesses may occur in my puppy from the stress of the move or flight to my home and I am solely responsible for any Vet bills incurred as a result. I understand that puppies could develop "Parvo", a deadly disease. I understand this puppy has been vaccinated for "Parvo" and every measure taken to protect my puppy from this virus. I understand that parvo is in the environment and if this puppy still contracts "Parvo" that Pam Hawboldt ,is not responsible for any vet bills or death of this puppy resulting from said disease. I understand I should not take my puppy to any areas where dogs are walked or expose my puppy to dogs not vaccinated up to date, including off leash areas, pet stores, Vet clinic floors and parking lots or near the faeces of other dogs at least until 2 weeks after his/her third set of vaccinations is completed as this could transmit "Parvo" to my puppy. ​The buyer agrees to provide the dog with proper exercise, diet, shelter, and general care, and provide veterinary care including checkups, preventative care, vaccinations & deworming on a regular basis. Initials__________________.

The parentage/pedigree is correct to the best of the Sellers knowledge. The buyer agrees not to hold Seller responsible in any manner in the unlikely event that a problem might arise from the puppies parentage/pedigree. Initials________________

​The Breeder has taken every care with breeding, rearing and the welfare of the Dog. The Dog is believed to be in good health and it is sold in good faith. All Breeding dogs have come from amazing and healthy lines. The Breeder makes no warranty however as to the health or disposition of the Dog. Every effort has been made to avoid any possible inherited conditions. The puppy has been inspected by a practising veterinary surgeon prior to sale and the details of the veterinary surgeon and the outcome of the inspection have been passed to the purchaser. The buyer agrees that Jevon & Pam Hawboldt are not liable for any vet bill, loss, death, or injury at any given time. Initials_____________________.

This puppy is being purchased as a companion animal [pet], and not for breeding purposes. The purchaser agrees to have this puppy spayed/neutered on or before the age of one year. The BUYER agrees that neither he/she nor the BUYER'S estate/executors may sell this PUPPY or transfer ownership of this PUPPY without the BREEDER'S knowledge and written consent. Initials_____________.
Buyer understands that if he/she is no longer able to care for or no longer wants the puppy/dog, Buyer must contact the breeder and the breeder will have the first choice to either: (a) assist the buyer in finding a suitable home for the puppy or the puppy must be returned to the breeder Pam Hawboldt. Pam Hawboldt will then screen for a potential good home for puppy and buyer will be paid back for the highest price able to re-home puppy minus a 10 dollar boarding fee per day to Breeder (Pam Hawboldt) Please make sure you know you are not allergic before taking your puppy home as this is very hard on the family and the puppy being re-homed. No other expenses like food or Veterinarian care prior to return of the puppy to Seller will be refunded to Buyer from Seller. Initials_____________________.

We don't want this to be the last contact we have. We would love to stay in contact and assist you in whatever you need in raising and loving your puppy. Enjoy this time with your new puppy. These first few weeks are when your pup will soak up everything around it so start training now. Give lots of positive rewards and you will reap the benefits.

Heavenly Pups Health Guarantee
The Breeder guarantees that the puppy is to be of sound health at the time of the sale. The said puppy has been physically examined by a licenced veterinarian prior delivery/pick up. The Breeder will provide a health record of all vaccinations and worming. If the Buyer fails to provide required immunizations and medical treatment will be void this health guarantee. Dehydration, Diarrhea, Hypoglycemia , Coccidia, Canine Herpes Virus, Kennel cough, Dry eye, Internal and external parasites, Giardia, Fungal infections, or any condition that can be corrected by veterinarian treatment and any other preventable conditions are not covered.

We provide a (12) month, from dogs birth date health guarantee for life - threatening health issues. Illnesses must be documented in writing by a licensed vet within 48 business hours. The Breeder must be made informed of the examination that indicates that at the time of sale, such animal was unfit for purchase due to life threatening illness, disease, or congenital defect with proper documentation by a licensed vet. If the puppy was in fact unfit for purchase the Buyer may return the puppy to us for an exchange of equal value. The failure do this within 48 hours will result in the cancellation of a replacement puppy. The Breeder will offer a replacement puppy of comparable value and no money will be refunded. This is subject to availability.

Conditions not considered life threatening and therefore not covered include but not limited to luxating patella, hernias of any kind, collapsed trachea etc. If the condition can be treated, it is NOT considered life threatening. In the event of a life threatening condition the affected puppy must be returned with all registration and veterinary documentation at buyer’s expense. The buyer understands that a replacement puppy will only be given if it’s discovered to be a Genetic or hereditary problem and not due to accident or illness.
The Breeder guarantees the puppy against fatal viruses for 24 hours. These include Distemper, Parvo, and Corona. It does not include Coccidia, Giardia, Herpes Virus and Kennel Cough (which is self - limiting and must run its course with antibiotic treatment and is not life threatening).

The Breeder highly recommends continuing the use of TLC Pet Food. To that end, this health guarantee is valid ONLY if the owner uses TLC food exclusively for the first 12 months of the puppies life.
Potential risks of Vaccinations, Dog Food, Pesticides, Aerosols, Fungus's, etc. all are Environmental triggers to avoid with your puppy. Because of these unknown environmental exposures Breeder cannot be responsible for Sarcomas, Tumors, Autoimmune Disorders, Thyroid Disease, Stomach issues, Allergies and Seizures. Vaccine related Allergy and Seizure issues that result in itching or seizures can occur up to two months after administered vaccine. Breeder cannot be held liable for any of these conditions as they can be caused by unknown environmental triggers out of the Breeder's control.
I understand and agree that this health guarantee is only valid based on the above criteria and only if TLC food is used exclusively for the first 12 months. Initial ______________
